OUR STORY
Our journey started in Orlando, FL in 1999. That's when Moe, our founder, began glazing nuts at events in the Orlando Arena. From the cooking process to the smiles he saw on his customers' faces, he became enamored with all aspects of the business. Seventeen years later, after living in Southern Maryland seven years, he and his wife, Ashley, decided to bring glazed nuts to the area to be served at the local fairs and festivals. We have been serving Southern Maryland since the summer of 2016. Our main focus is serving special events in and around Southern Maryland.

Old Bay Sugar Glazed Cashews

One of the first things we did after starting our business was to create a recipe for Old Bay flavored glazed nuts. Southern Marylanders love their Old Bay and so does the Nutty Bavarian of Southern Maryland. After many failed recipes and a lot of taste tests, we finally had a product which we knew would be a hit, and we were right. As soon as people started getting a taste of this new one of a kind treat, it quickly became our top seller. We encourage everybody to taste it as it is a food which is unique to Southern Maryland and is available nowhere else in the world.
